HARLEY DAVIDSON ROAD GLIDE SPECIAL OVERVIEW & PRICE
Harley Davidson has launched the new Road Glide Special in India. It is available in 1 variant and four colours – Vivid Black, Billiard Teal, Midnight Crimson, and Billiard Red/Vivid Black. The Road Glide Special has an updated Milwaukee-eight 114 V-twin motor and shark-nose fairing. It has been one of the unique upgrades since the Rushmore project.
Part of how Harley does this is the four valves per cylinder which provide more surface area. It ensures that all the gas combusts in the chamber, reduces the Carbon built-up and keeps the motor running longer and reduces any mechanical failures, and most incomparably increases the power and efficiency of the engine. So, it has significant fuel economy.
The chopped engine guards streamline the motorcycle. It provides lower centre gravity and is mounted 11 inches lower than the standard engine guard. It doesn’t make it bulky. Harley Davidson road glide special comes up with an anti-lock braking system. The ABS is as astonishing as always.
The cable clutch is adjusted away low, so the second you let it off engages. These cable clutches are inexpensive and can be easily replaced, unlike hydraulic ones. This model has a developed Tri-vent system (one on top, right and left) that gives the rider and passenger optimal comfort by reducing wind buffering once you are on the highways at high speeds.
Drag torque slip control is stunning. While downshifting and heading into a corner, it will not let the back tire back out and catches it. Drive the rider straight to the area without any issues. Traction control in corners is epic. GTS system is a crucial upgrade of this model with more processing power, bulk memory and Gorilla glass.
