HONDA ACTIVA 6G OVERVIEW & PRICE
The Honda Activa 6G gets a 109.51cc BS6 engine, which develops a power of 7.68 bhp and a torque of 8.79 Nm. With both front and rear drum brakes, Honda Activa 6G comes up with a combined braking system. This Activa 6G scooter weighs 107 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 5.3 liters. The latest iteration of the scooter christened the Activa 6G, gets several upgrades over its predecessor.
While the new BS6 Activa 6G looks similar to its predecessor, the handlebar cowl, front apron, and rear panels have minor styling revisions. The feature list includes an external fuel filler cap, an engine start-stop switch, a silent starter, a dual-function switch, and an exterior fuel lid. The major upgrade is the addition of telescopic forks at the front, and the scooter rides on 12-inch front and 10-inch rear wheels. Mechanical specifications include a 109cc engine, and the BS6-compliant motor uses a fuel-injection system instead of the carbureted fueling on the previous model.
The updated motor produces 7.6bhp and 8.8Nm against 8bhp and 9Nm on Activa 5G. The standard Activa 6G has two variants and eight color options. Honda has also added the Activa 6G 20th Anniversary Edition to its portfolio. The Activa is the highest-selling two-wheeler from Honda, and the 6G edition is an improved version of its predecessors. It retains its USPs of a smooth engine and metal body panels and is also better in terms of ride quality and handling. Moreover, Honda’s broad service network adds to its own experience.
