SUZUKI HAYABUSA OVERVIEW
Suzuki Hayabusa is a superbike in only one variant and color. The Suzuki Hayabusa gets a 1340cc BS6 engine. With both front and rear disc brakes, Suzuki Hayabusa comes up with an anti-locking braking system. This Hayabusa bike weighs 266 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 20 liters.
The new Hayabusa will receive massive upgrades for 2021 compared to earlier generations. Regarding styling, Suzuki has also cleverly retained the design silhouette of the previous generation, Hayabusas, while offering the new-gen model a more aggressive appeal. It also gets full-LED lighting for the headlamp, turn signals, and tail lamp that lend a fresher appeal.
The new Busa handling has also been tweaked, with a revised frame that reduces weight and boasts of 50:50 weight distribution. And underneath this frame, the Suzuki Hayabusa uses a slightly retuned version of the tried and tested 1340cc inline-four motor. The motor now benefits from a two-way Quick shifter fitted as standard.
And finally, Suzuki has equipped the Hayabusa with an exhaustive list of electronic aids. The features include Five riding modes, a six-axis IMU, ride-by-wire, ABS, traction control, anti-lift control system and active speed limiter, launch control, and engine brake control. That’s not all. Hayabusa gets low RPM assist, cruise control, and hill and slope control. The new Hayabusa has a TFT screen between the analog tachometer and speedometer. About Suzuki Bikes
Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SMI) is a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, wherein they have the same manufacturing philosophy of value-packed products right from its inception. SMI is a wholly owned Indian subsidiary of Suzuki, Japan. It was India’s third Suzuki automotive venture, after TVS Suzuki (1982–2001) and Maruti Suzuki (1982). In 1982, the joint venture between Suzuki Motor Corporation and TVS Motor Company incorporated and started the production of two-wheelers in India. In 2001, after parting ways with TVS motor company, the company re-entered the Indian market as Suzuki Motorcycle India, Private Limited (SMI) in 2006.
SMI will manufacture two-wheelers best suited for valuable Indian customers covering all segments. They have installed their manufacturing plant in Gurgaon (Haryana), having an annual capacity of 7,50,000 Two Wheeler P.A. Total land area of the facility at Gurgaon is 37 acres, out of which the present plant is constructed in an area of 10 acres of land. The remaining area is left vacant for land development and future expansion.
