The supersport Yamaha R15 S has features like Sharper belligerent eyes, a Muscular tank, an Aerodynamic front, and an Edgy tail and is the Next-Generation 155cc Supersport inheriting R-DNA. It has the advanced features of a DiASil (die-cast aluminum) cylinder with outstanding cooling performance. It has a high-performance VVA system that is easy to use even at low RPM and two intake valve cams- one for low-to-mid-range and another for high rpm. The new R15 has a 6-speed transmission that allows cruise at low RPM, even in higher gears.
The sports rally has a 4-stroke, Liquid-cooling, SOHC, 4-valve engine, 155cc displacement, Electric starter system, Wet and Multiple disc clutch-type, Fuel injection system, and a maximum torque of 14.1 Nm at 8,500 RPM. The motorcycle has a height of 1,135 mm and a ground clearance of 170 mm. It has a front brake of 282 mm and a rear brake of 220 mm. New Yamaha R15 has a 12V battery, LED Auxiliary light, LED Brake light, Speedometer, Tachometer, Fuel gauge, Clock, and Shift timing light.
It has an A&S clutch to reduce the weight of the clutch pull and provides low-stress shifting during deceleration.
