KAWASAKI VERSYS 650 OVERVIEW
Kawasaki Versys 650 is a sports bike available in India. It is powered by a 649cc BS6 engine along with a slim, upright riding position and the wide bar offers excellent machine control. With both front and rear disc brakes, Kawasaki Versys 650 comes up with an anti-locking braking system. The superbike weighs 218 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 21 liters.
Styling upgrades are limited to the revision of the color theme. Everything else remains similar to the BS4 model. Thus, the latest iteration of the motorcycle continues to feature a twin-pod headlight, adjustable windscreen, semi-digital instrument cluster, wide handlebar, step-up seat, and an underbelly exhaust.
The motorcycle retains the displacement of 649cc and the parallel twin-cylinder, the liquid-cooled engine now produces 65.7bhp of power at 8,500rpm and 61Nm of peak torque at 7,000rpm. The engine is linked to a six-speed gearbox.
It also retains the adjustable suspension, with the preload and rebound-adjustable front and preload-adjustable rear. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with road-biased tires. Anchoring power comes from twin, petal-type discs at the front and a single rotor at the back while the safety net includes ABS.
Versys 650 is currently listed in a single-color option – Candy Lime Green. The Ex-Showroom Price starts from Rs. 7,15,000.
