HONDA CD 110 DREAM DELUXE OVERVIEW & PRICE
The CD 110 Dream uses an all-new 109.51cc fuel-injected BS6-compliant engine that generates 8.79PS at 7500rpm and 9.30Nm at 5500rpm. That is 0.37PS more and 0.6NM less than the outgoing model. Honda updated the engine with friction reduction technology, improving fuel efficiency. The motor comes mated to a 4-speed transmission. Regarding hardware, the Honda CD 110 Dream features a conventional telescopic fork, twin shock absorbers, and drum brakes at both ends with CBS.
Honda CD 110 Dream has been designed for the masses and sports a conservative design similar to the Hero Splendor. However, the bright paint schemes with sharp body graphics help add a touch of sportiness. Its bikini fairing flows into a conventionally designed fuel tank complemented by a long single-piece seat. It gets a tail rack that acts as a single-piece grab rail for the pillion. Even the saree guard gets a sleek design that adds to the overall appeal of the commuter motorcycle.
The BS6 Honda CD 110 Dream has features like an engine kill switch and a pass beam switch, usually features found on higher-capacity motorcycles. Honda has even equipped the CD 110 Dream with an ACG starter (segment-first) for rapid noiseless engine startups. Other notable features include a halogen headlamp, low-rolling resistance rear tire, and a 15mm lengthy seat.
The Honda CD 110 Dream BS6 rivals the Hero HF Deluxe BS6, TVS Sport BS6, and Bajaj CT110 BS6 in its segment. However, considering its price, it also takes on the Hero Splendor Plus, Bajaj Platina H-Gear 110, Honda Activa 6G, and the Suzuki Access 125. The current ex-showroom Honda CD 110 Dream price is ₹ 73,400.
HONDA CD 110 DREAM DELUXE VERDICT
