The Royal Enfield Scram 411 is an urban motorcycle inspired by the Himalayan model. It gets a 411cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, SOHC, fuel-injected engine. The engine mates with a 5-speed transmission gearbox. It produces a peak torque of 32Nm at 4000-4500rpm and a maximum power of 24.3bhp at 6500rpm. It gets wet multi-plate clutch, digital electronic ignition and wet-sump lubrication.

This motorcycle gets a Half-duplex split cradle type frame. The suspension charges are on telescopic,41mm forks 190mm travel at the front and mono-shock with linkage 180mm wheel travel at the end.
