DUCATI SCRAMBLER 1100 SPORT PRO OVERVIEW

The Ducati Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro is powered by a 1079cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 86 bhp and a torque of 88 Nm. The Scrambler 1100 is the biggest scrambler available in Ducati’s line-up. With both front and rear disc brakes, Ducati Scrambler 1100 comes up with an anti-locking braking system.

This Ducati rides on fully-adaptable Mar Zocchi suspension at the front and pre-load and rebounds adjustable Kayaba mono-shock at the rear. The braking power comes from twin 320mm radially mounted Brembo Monobloc M4.32 calipers at the front and a single 245mm disc single-piston floating caliper at the back. In terms of modern equipment, the Scrambler 1100 gets several riding modes, cornering ABS and traction control system, ride-by-wire and full LED lights along with full-colour TFT instrument cluster.

It is placed above the Scrambler 800 as it gets a more controlling motor, more features, and bigger body proportions. This motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox that transfers power to the rear wheel via a chain drive.

Ducati Scrambler 1100 is available in 3 variants and 3 colours options – Ocean Drive, Matt Black, and Black. This Scrambler 1100 bike weighs 206 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 15 litres. As of now, Ducati India sells the Scrambler 1100 as a completely-build-up (CBU) unit It competes with the Triumph Scrambler 1200.

About DUCATI BIKES

Home > Ducati > Ducati Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro

Ducati Bikes is a group of companies, best known for manufacturing motorcycles and headquartered in Borgo Panigale, Bologna, Italy. The group is owned by German automotive manufacturer Audi through its Italian subsidiary Lamborghini, which is in turn owned by the Volkswagen Group. No matter the era, it’s a feat to create something that has as much visual impact now as it did 20 years ago. It proves that however cliched, less is more, even when the industry and society are wildly different from the environment in which it was created.
