TRIUMPH TIGER 850 SPORT OVERVIEW

Triumph Tiger 850 Sport is an adventure sports bike available in India. It gets an 888cc BS6 engine with an innovative T-plane crank and a dedicated 850 triple motor. With both front and rear disc brakes, it comes up with an anti-locking braking system. This superbike weighs 192kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 20liters.

The new Tiger 850 Sport design is similar to the Tiger 900 GT, and thus it comes equipped with a sleek headlight, tall windscreen with a semi-fairing design, split-style seats, and a tall-set exhaust. Electronic aids include ABS, a switchable traction control system, and two riding modes- road and rain.

The mechanical specifications of the new Tiger 850 Sport make relatively lower power and torque output. The 888cc, inline three-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine on the Triumph Tiger 850 Sport is tuned to produce 84bhp of power and 82Nm torque that links to a 6-speed Gearbox.

Hardware comprises 45mm Marzocchi upside-down front forks and a preload-adjustable Marzocchi rear mono-shock to perform the suspension tasks. The braking setup includes twin 320mm rotors with a Brembo Style four-piston monobloc calliper at the front and a single 255mm disc with a Brembo single-piston sliding calliper at the rear.

The Triumph Tiger 850 Sport is available in only one variant and two colours – Graphite Diablo Red and Graphite Caspian Blue.
