Triumph Tiger 900 GT is an adventure bike available in India. The Triumph Tiger 900 is powered by an 888cc BS6 engine with state-of-the-art technology and long-distance riding adventures. It is equipped with both front and rear disc brakes, Triumph Tiger 900 GT comes up with an anti-locking braking system. The superbike weighs 194 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 20 liters
The Tiger 900 is available in two variants the road-version being called GT, whereas the off-road goes by the name Rally. Both the variants weigh lesser than the outgoing model and come with more features and get a revised design that looks much better.
The Rally versions are equipped with more premium suspension and spoke wheels, whereas the GT ones get cast wheels. The entry-level Rally-spec models feature a Marzocchi setup front and rear with 180mm travel at the front and 170mm at the back. There’s an adjustment for compression, rebound, and pre-load.
In terms of equipment, the new Tiger GT comes with four riding modes, a traction control system, and a new 7-inch TFT screen. The top-spec variant gets a tire pressure monitoring system, heated grips, and shift assist. Powering the Triumph Tiger 900 GT is a new 888cc engine that pumps out 94bhp which is the same as the Tiger 800. But the torque has now increased by 10 percent to 87Nm at 7250rpm.
