HERO PASSION XTEC OVERVIEW & PRICE
The Hero Passion XTEC gets a 113cc BS6 engine with i3s technology which develops a power of 9.15PS @ 7,500rpm and a torque of 9.79Nm @ 5,000rpm. This Passion Pro bike weighs 118 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 10 litres. It
is the premium version of the Passion series with aggressive styling, modern graphics and youthful styling. Along with a new BS6 engine, it has lots of features. At the same time, the displacement of the new Passion XTEC remains
the same at 113cc when compared to the Passion Pro. As claimed by the company, the reworked engine delivers better mileage. Meanwhile, the gearbox is four-speed. Regarding styling, the new Passion XTEC looks considerably sportier
than the previous models, thanks to a large, more angular headlamp surrounded by a new bikini fairing on the fuel tank. It also gets a sportier mid-section with fuel tank extensions adorned with prominent ‘XTEC’ decals. At
the rear, the under-seat panels and tail lamp also boast a sharper design. Spoke wheels are a thing of the past, and now Passion XTEC features split alloy wheels. It gets a new fully digital instrument cluster, side stand indicator,
Built-in mobile charger, LED projector headlamp, Call & SMS alert, low fuel indicator, etc. While in the ergonomics section, seats are much more comfortable. Large and plush. The front section of the bike features an optional

About HERO MOTOCORP
Hero Motocorp is the undisputed king among motorcycle manufacturers and has enjoyed being number one in the market for several years. With more than 40% per cent market share in the motorcycle industry, the company now sells around 20+ models in India and exports several models outside India. During its establishment, the company name was Hero Honda which commenced its operations in 1984 as a joint venture between Hero and Honda. “Hero” is the brand name used by the Munjal brothers for their parent company, Hero Cycles Ltd.
Hero Honda Group decided to discontinue the joint venture between Hero and Honda in a phased manner in December 2010, and Honda continued to provide technical assistance till 2014. The company’s name was rechristened from Hero Honda Motors Limited to Hero MotoCorp Limited on 29th July 2011. The British firm Wolff Olins developed the new brand identity and logo of Hero MotoCorp. After the company rename Hero, Motocorp can now export its products to Latin America, Africa, and West Asia. Hero Motocorp can now use any vendor for its components beyond Honda-approved ones.
