TVS APACHE RTR 160 OVERVIEW
The TVS Apache RTR 160 is one of the company’s older versions. Other than the minor decal modifications and the addition of ABS, it hasn’t seen any drastic improvements in a long time. The Hosur-based bike company debuted the BS6-compliant version of the bike. It doesn’t get any significant upgrades from an updated powertrain, GTT (glide through technology), and new aesthetics.
The BS-VI Race Tuned Fuel Injection (RT-FI) Technology and a 159.7cc BS6 engine create 15.31 horsepower and 13.9 Nm of torque, respectively, on the TVS Apache RTR 160. Its anti-lock braking system consists of front disc and rear drum brakes. This bike has a gas tank size of 12 gallons and weighs 139 kilograms. It still gets the same single-cylinder engine but now has fuel injection. The updated motor produces 0.3bhp and 0.9Nm more than the BS4 version.
The semi-digital instrument cluster, LED position lighting, LED tail lamp, traditional headlight, and 16-litre fuel tank are all available. Shock absorption carries out by telescopic forks in the front and gas-charged twin shock absorbents in the back. Anchoring is taken care of by a disc drum setup with single-channel ABS.
It comes in two models, and six colours- Gloss red, matte red, black, white, grey, and blue are among the six colour options for the Apache RTR 160 BS6.
