TVS Sport is the entry-level motorcycle from brand TVS which includes standout features like an all gear electric start, 5-step adjustable rear suspension, and DRL headlamps. This model also won Asia Book of Records for the highest fuel efficiency on-road with 105+km/l which is just jaw-dropping. Higher mileage is what 110cc models aim for and TVS Sport has got full marks for this.
The TVS Sport is a commuter motorbike designed for people who want a light-weight ride with a fuel-efficient engine and a low price. TVS replaced it with a larger 110cc motor during the BS6 transition in April 2020, after it was first offered as a 100cc offering.
The scooter is powered by a 109.7cc BS6 engine that produces 8.18 horsepower and 8.7 Nm of torque. It has both front and rear drum brakes, resulting in a combined braking system for both wheels. This Sport bike has a fuel tank size of 10 gallons and weighs 110 kilograms.
The engine is paired with a four-speed transmission. It’s supported by a single-cradle tubular frame with front telescopic forks and hydraulic rear shocks that can be adjusted in five steps. Drum brakes are used on both the front and rear axles, with a link-type braking system assisting them. The TVS Sport comes in two major variants: kick start and self start, as well as five color combinations: black/red, red, white/purple, white/red, and grey. The bike comes standard with a two-pod instrument cluster and LED DRLs to complement the traditional bulb-type headlamp.
The mileage bike is available in India, with a starting price/- of Rs. 56,446. It comes in two models and seven colours, with the top variant starting at Rs. 61,927.(EX showroom)
